The Sling Sisters are a Canadian Americana, country, and roots trio whose rich three-part harmonies and original songwriting draw from the traditions of folk, blues, and country music. Featuring award-winning vocalist, songwriter, and producer Elana Harte, alongside Suzie B. and Kelly Mulholland, the trio brings together three distinctive voices that create a sound defined by warmth, authenticity, and musical depth.
Their debut album, What I Hope to Find (2026), reflects the band's commitment to honest storytelling and acoustic craftsmanship. Produced by Elana Harte, the album blends intimate arrangements with contributions from musicians in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Brazil, and Ukraine. The lead single, "Chasing Whiskey With a Kiss," was recorded at Nashville's East Iris Studios and features acclaimed session musicians, including legendary guitarist Brent Mason.
Formed through a chance collaboration that revealed an immediate musical chemistry, The Sling Sisters have built their identity around expressive vocal harmonies, thoughtful arrangements, and songs that explore connection, resilience, and everyday life. Their live performances combine accomplished musicianship with a welcoming stage presence, offering audiences an intimate concert experience rooted in the timeless traditions of Americana and contemporary roots music.
"The Reason" is a warm, string-kissed love song that showcases an entirely different dimension of a band already celebrated for their grit, groove, and three-part harmonic fire. " - Cashbox Canada
